Race Info
The McAllen Half Marathon is a single 13.1-mile loop on the city streets of McAllen, Texas, starting and finishing at the McAllen Convention Center. The course heads east along Galveston and Houston Avenues, turns north on 2nd Street and Col. Rowe Boulevard, and loops through Violet and Zinnia Avenues near Bill Schupp Park. It then returns south on Main Street and west on Business 83 to 29th Street and the Convention Center. The route is flat and USATF-certified, and the marathon is run as two laps of the same loop.
