Cold start — layer up, big temp swing
Runners will start in chilly 39°F conditions — dress in layers for the corral and plan to shed early. Temps will climb significantly to 68°F by later miles, so expect fading conditions as the race progresses. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing. Moderate humidity at 70% is worth noting for effort level, especially in later miles.

Race Info
The 10K starts at El Almendro Sport on Avenida Libertador General San Martin, west of the Rivadavia town hall, and follows the same avenue east into San Juan. It drops gently most of the way, then winds through downtown streets past the Casa de Gobierno, Estadio Aldo Cantoni, Parque de Mayo, the Casa Natal de Sarmiento and the Catedral. The finish is at the Teatro del Bicentenario, the same finish as the marathon and half marathon.
