Malad Valley Half Marathon
Race Day Weather
Comfortable temps, big temp swing
Mild 56°F temps at gun time mean comfortable early miles without overheating risk. Temps will climb significantly to 80°F by later miles, so expect fading conditions as the race progresses. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing.

Race Info
The half marathon runs one loop of the Malad Valley course. It climbs out of Malad City onto a ridge, then descends back to Malad City Park. About half the route is dirt and half is quiet paved farm road, with the Bannock Range to the east and the Sublett Range to the west.
