Cool morning, steady winds ahead
Runners will face a cool start at 47°F, gradually warming to 59°F by the finish. Wind will be a crosswind for the first eight miles, shifting to a headwind at mile 9, then back to a crosswind until mile 12 before providing a tailwind for the final stretch. With humidity at 61%, pacing should be conservative early on to account for the changing wind conditions and maintain energy through the rolling course.

The event started on the iconic Pall Mall, before runners took in the sights and sounds of London’s awe-inspiring landmarks, eventually finishing outside Downing Street.
New for LLHM 2023, runners headed past Chinatown and Soho and cross the historic Westminster Bridge. Source
