Race Info
The Kitakyushu Marathon is held each February in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture, on the northern tip of Kyushu. The course starts at Kitakyushu City Hall in Kokura and finishes at the Kitakyushu International Conference Center, and it is certified by the Japan Association of Athletics Federations and AIMS. The full marathon has a capacity of 10,800 and a six-hour time limit, with a pair relay, a women-only 20.7 km race and a fun run on the same day.
