Kensington Aloha Runs takes place at Kensington Metropark in Milford, Michigan, starting and finishing at Maple Beach on Kent Lake. Organized by Kona Running Company, the event dropped its full marathon and 50K distances after the 2023 edition; as of 2024 it offers a 30K, half marathon, 10K, and 5K. The course follows the park's paved Hike-Bike Trail along Kent Lake, with 30K entrants completing two loops.
