Race Info

The Hero Half Marathon is an annual half marathon, quarter marathon, and 5K held in Fayetteville, Arkansas, benefiting The Spark Foundation and the Fayetteville Firefighters' IAFF Local 2866. First held in 2014, the race includes a Firefighter Challenge division in which active-duty firefighters run the half marathon course in full bunker gear. The 2026 edition is scheduled for Saturday, October 17.
