The Hogeye Half Marathon starts and finishes in Springdale, Arkansas, with a companion 10K held the following day and a 5K the day before. The half marathon course is USATF-certified (AR17005WJT). The event replaced the Hogeye Marathon's full 26.2-mile distance starting with the 2027 edition, after 50 years of the full marathon being offered.
