The 6 Mile is a 9.7 kilometre run through the centre of Limerick on closed streets. It starts at Pery Square and finishes on O'Connell Street, with about 45 metres of climbing. The course is Athletics Ireland certified, and the last stretch is shared with the half marathon and marathon routes.
