Known as the “The Coolest Marathon in Arizona,” The Flagstaff Marathon is a completely off-road course in the Coconino National Forest. At 8,000+ ft. elevation, it is known as one of the most challenging courses in the country, with 1,200 feet of climbing for the half marathon and 2,400 for the full, and composed entirely of single and double track trails.
