Race Info
The Connemara Ultra Marathon covers 39.3 miles from Recess to Maam Cross in County Galway, all of it on road. Since 2023 the route has included an out and back to Rosroe Pier and a steep hilly section, which replaced a 10 mile stretch of the N59. It is run on the Sunday of race weekend and finishes at the same line as the marathon and half.
