The Clarksville Half Marathon and 5K starts and finishes on Franklin Street near Public Square in downtown Clarksville, Tennessee. The race began in 2024 with a half marathon, 5K, and 1-mile option, then added ruck divisions in 2025 requiring a 30-pound pack for men and 20 pounds for women. The 2026 race, its third running, uses a new course route through the city.
