Race Info
The Carpe Diem - Carpe Noctem Half Marathon and 10K runs on trails within Proud Lake State Recreation Area in Commerce Township, Michigan. Runners choose a morning half marathon that starts at 8:30 a.m. in daylight or an evening half marathon that starts at 7 p.m. and finishes after dark. Trivium Racing has organized the trail race most years since 2018, originally held in October before shifting to an April date; finishers who complete both sessions receive two medals that connect into one piece.
