Race Info
The Supersonic 10K is run each October on the Sunday morning of the Run Bournemouth weekend, ahead of the Half Marathon. The course starts at Hengistbury Head, the headland dividing Poole Bay and Christchurch Bay, and follows two kilometres of clifftop path before dropping to the seafront promenade. It continues along the prom to Boscombe Pier at the 7-kilometre mark, crosses the pier's wooden boards, then finishes along the promenade past Bournemouth's beaches at Bournemouth Pier, built in 1856.
