Race Day Weather
Cool morning, warming afternoon
Runners will face a temperature rise from 42°F at the start to 62°F by the finish. With winds from the WSW at 13 mph, gusting to 20 mph, runners should expect a headwind throughout. The humidity is moderate at 61%, so pacing should be conservative early on to manage the warming trend.

The Blue Nose Full Marathon begins and ends at the Emera Oval, but not before crossing the bridge and showcasing some of the beautiful neighbourhoods of Dartmouth. Halifax has gained a reputation for being a little “hill-y” but it’s nothing you can’t handle (we’re sure of it!). You can also find comfort in knowing that the whole city will be cheering you on from the sidelines. Source
