The Battle Creek Half Marathon and 5K is Battle Creek, Michigan's only half marathon. The course runs through Battle Creek Executive Airport and the grounds of the Field of Flight Balloon Festival and Air Show before finishing on the city's streets and boulevards near Goguac Lake. Organized by Cereal City Athletics, the race has raised more than $31,000 for Talons Out Honor Flight, a veteran-support charity. The half marathon has a 3.5-hour (16-minute-per-mile) time limit.
