Valley Harvest Ultra
Race Day Weather
Cool start — fast day potential
A cool 49°F at the start line is ideal for fast times — expect to warm up quickly once you're moving. Temperatures rising to 59°F through the course will gradually increase perceived effort in the second half. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing. Moderate humidity at 74% is worth noting for effort level, especially in later miles.

Race Info
The Valley Harvest Ultra Marathon covers 50 kilometres from Acadia University's Raymond Field in Wolfville, billed as Nova Scotia's only ultra marathon road race. It uses the rail trail and the roads of the Annapolis Valley toward Starrs Point and Wellington Dyke, with an extended turnaround on Canard Street, and returns to town for a second circuit before finishing on the track. The terrain is gently rolling, past apple orchards, horse farms and farmland during the autumn harvest.
