The 5K is the shorter road option on race Sunday in Treherne, a small Manitoba town about an hour from Winnipeg. It starts and finishes in town and gives runners a taste of the rolling terrain that gives the full marathon its reputation. Refreshments are served at the Treherne Community Hall afterward.
