Former World U20 Silver medallist, Elvis Kipchoge Cheboi survived a one day flight delay and a fire that broke out in the early morning of the race at their elite hotel, as he ran away with the men’s title at the 22nd edition of the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon on Sunday (15) in Toronto Canada.
