St. Lawrence Half Marathon
Race Day Weather
Cool start — fast day potential, warming through the race
A cool 44°F at the start line is ideal for fast times — expect to warm up quickly once you're moving. Temperatures rising to 55°F through the course will gradually increase perceived effort in the second half. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing.

Race Info
The half marathon is an out-and-back on the bike path beside the canal, starting and finishing at St. Lawrence College in Cornwall, Ontario. Runners leave campus up Montreal Road, pass McConnell Avenue and Cotton Mill Street, then join the bike path at Edward Street. The turnaround sits past the power dam grounds near Guindon Park, and the return follows the same path back to the college.
