Shiner Beer Run
Race Day Weather
Cool start, warming up, strategy needed
Runners will face a temperature progression from 59°F at the start to a peak of 73°F, requiring pace adjustments as conditions warm. Wind will provide a tailwind in the early miles but shift to a headwind from Miles 9-13, making those segments tougher. With humidity at 63%, hydration will be essential, especially during the warmer stretches. Runners should consider cooler gear and adjust pacing during the hilly terrain.
