While much of Seattle was still sleeping, a throng of determined athletes gathered for a major event. The 2024 UW Medicine Seattle Marathon and Half-Marathon took place Sunday morning, with Seattle Center as home base and iconic landmarks along the route.{ } From the starting line's buzz to the victorious finish, runners of all ages and abilities took on Seattle's legendary hills and stunning waterfront views.
