Run Ocean Isle Beach is an annual half marathon, 10K, 5K run/walk and 1-mile race held each October in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina. The half marathon course crosses the island's bridge over the Intracoastal Waterway. It is organized by Coastal Race Productions as part of its BAM! Race Series alongside Run Oak Island and Run Sunset Beach, and the October 2026 running was its 13th annual edition.
