Race Info
The Rehoboth Beach Seashore Half Marathon covers 13.1 miles on a Saturday in early December, starting at the Bandstand on Rehoboth Avenue and following the Boardwalk north to Cape Henlopen State Park at Gordons Pond. There the half marathon splits from the marathon and heads back toward town on Ocean Drive and Henlopen Avenue, then follows the canal trail from Grove Park to the Junction & Breakwater Trail. Runners go out and back on that wooded trail to the Wolfe Neck turnaround at Flag Alley, return through Grove Park and finish on Fourth Street in downtown Rehoboth Beach. The course is mostly flat and mixes streets, the Boardwalk and trail.
