The Panama City Beach Half Marathon is an out-and-back course that starts and finishes at Pier Park in Panama City Beach, Florida. It runs on the Saturday of race weekend along the Gulf-side roads near the beach, with a turn-around point and mile signs posted every mile. The course is open to traffic, with police on the route, so runners share the road.
