Northern Trails Marathon & 10 Miler is a North Carolina tradition! This is a great beginner race for new trail runners, a fantastic prep race for those gearing up for an ultra, and a perfect goal race for those looking for a fast time! This race is also part of the North Carolina Trail Mega Medal Series where four races in the local area have finisher medals that will connect to form a Mega Medal. The first race is in January with the option to join in-person or virtually. Source
