Race Info

The Muscat Marathon (ماراثون مسقط), officially the Experience Oman Muscat Marathon, is organized by SABCO Sports and held in Muscat, Oman. The 2026 race weekend put the marathon, half marathon and 10K on Friday morning and the 5K, fun run and kids' races on Saturday, all starting and finishing at Al Khuwair Square, with the marathon route running east along the coast toward Shatti Al Qurum and back to the square. The race is certified by World Athletics, was recognized by AIMS in 2018, and the 2026 edition drew about 15,000 runners from 94 nationalities.
