Runners will start in chilly 36°F conditions — dress in layers for the corral and plan to shed early. Temps will climb significantly to 61°F by later miles, so expect fading conditions as the race progresses. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing. Race Info
The 10K starts and finishes on Canada Street beside the Avenir Centre in downtown Moncton. It runs down Vaughan Harvey Boulevard and over the Gunningsville Bridge on the pedestrian path to the Riverview side, where it follows Hillsborough Road and Hawke Street to the Riverfront Trail. After a short out-and-back on the trail, it returns across the bridge to the same finish. The route is mostly flat, with a mix of paved path, gravel trail and city street.
