Race Info
The Maratón del Valle half marathon is a 21.1 km World Athletics-certified course that starts and finishes at the Centro de Eventos Valle del Pacífico in Yumbo. It follows closed roads through the sugarcane country between Yumbo and Palmira, with only about 12 meters of elevation change over the whole route. It runs on the Sunday of race weekend alongside the marathon and 10K, and the flat asphalt suits fast times.
