Race Info
The Malta Half Marathon starts in Mdina, the walled former capital, and shares the second half of the marathon course down to the seafront in Sliema. Runners pass through the countryside and urban areas around Rabat and Ta' Qali before following the creeks of the Grand Harbour towards the finish on the Sliema promenade. The route is point-to-point with a net drop of about 185 meters, which makes it a fast course.
