Race Info
The Jump off Joe Half Marathon runs on gravel roads near Kennewick, Washington, starting and finishing on Owens Road just off Highway 397. The route heads out to a turnaround five miles along Owens Road, then turns onto Jump off Joe Road and climbs to the summit of Jump off Joe Mountain for a second turnaround. From the top the views look over the Tri-Cities and down into Oregon, and the descent back to Owens Road is one of the course's best stretches. It is run on the Saturday morning of race weekend and feels closer to a trail run than a road race.
