Race Info
The Huntsville Half Marathon is run in Huntsville, Texas, home of Sam Houston State University. The half is two loops that start and finish on University Avenue across from Rather Park, and the course runs through the university campus on an out-and-back section. A 10K runs at the same time on the same course as a single loop with an earlier turnaround. The race returned in October 2026; earlier editions started at the Walker County Fair Grounds.
