Race Info
The Horse Capital Marathon and Half Marathon is held each April in Lexington, Kentucky, starting and finishing at the Kentucky Horse Park. The 26.2-mile marathon route runs on rural Central Kentucky roads and the Legacy Trail, passing more than 50 horse farms, with a six-hour time limit. The half marathon covers 13.1 miles on the same course. Source
