Race Info
The Gyeongju Half Marathon starts and finishes at Gyeongju Civic Stadium and runs on paved streets through the center of the old Silla capital. The route heads south through downtown, turns around on the west side of the city, loops the Oreung tomb park and returns past the Gyeongju National Museum and the Hwangnyongsa temple site. Along the way it skirts the Gyeongju Historic Areas, a UNESCO World Heritage district, with Cheomseongdae observatory and the Donggung and Wolji pond close to the course. It runs on the same morning as the full marathon and the 10K.
