Race Info
The Run With the Horses 10K starts in front of the pavilion on Expedition Island in Green River, Wyoming, at 6,100 feet. It follows city streets and the paved Greenbelt Trail along the Green River for the first two miles, then turns onto the county-graded dirt Wild Horse Loop Tour Road and climbs 1st Springs Canyon toward White Mountain. Runners turn around at the halfway point on the high plains desert and retrace the course back to Expedition Island, on the Saturday of River Festival weekend.
