Race Day Weather
Cold start — layer up, chance of rain
Runners will start in chilly 40°F conditions — dress in layers for the corral and plan to shed early. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing. There's a chance of rain, so have a backup gear plan ready. Moderate humidity at 78% is worth noting for effort level, especially in later miles.

Race Info
Fort Ebey State Park is a scenic destination in the middle of Whidbey Island. Originally acquired to protect Puget Sound from naval invasion, its stunning beachfront bluffs have commanding views onto the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Runners will line up at the Gun Battery picnic area, perfectly situated to take in the Olympic Mountains, which seem to rise abruptly out of the salt water.
