Race Info
The Enschede Marathon is an annual marathon held in Enschede, Netherlands, each April. First run in 1947, it is the oldest city marathon in the Netherlands and carries World Athletics Label Road Race status. The course starts and finishes near the city center, passing through the University of Twente campus and H.J. van Heekpark. Eliud Kipchoge holds the men's course record at 2:04:30, set in 2021; Maurine Chepkemoi holds the women's record at 2:21:10, set in 2022.
