Dayton Turkey Trot Half Marathon
Race Day Weather
Cool conditions, adjust for wind
Runners will face a cool start at 33°F, rising to 43°F by the finish. With a max wind of 9 mph from the west-southwest, headwinds will challenge runners from miles 2 to 7, necessitating pacing adjustments. Humidity at 66% may feel uncomfortable; thus, hydration should be prioritized. The tailwind from miles 10 to 12 offers a chance for faster splits, especially on the rolling terrain.
