Race Info
CraftHalf Half Marathon is run through downtown Winston-Salem, North Carolina, starting and finishing on West 4th Street outside Foothills Brewpub. The course opens with a loop through downtown before heading out along the Salem Creek and Waughtown greenways, with a climb near a quarry area making the final mile the toughest before runners return to 4th Street. Registration includes a community block party with local craft breweries after the race, and the 2027 event is the race's eighth running.
