Runners will face a cool start at 52°F, gradually warming to 69°F by the finish. Winds will shift from a headwind in Mile 1 to a beneficial tailwind from Miles 7-10 and 20-23, while crosswinds will be present throughout the rest of the race. Runners should consider pacing conservatively early on and take advantage of the tailwind segments to boost their speed.

Race Info
This Boston Qualifier (BQ) marathon course is a double loop of the half marathon that starts at Sand Key Park and heads through Clearwater Beach, over the Clearwater Memorial Bridge through Old Clearwater. The course continues through the Town of Belleair with mansions on one side and views of the Intracoastal on the other. Finally, the run crosses the Belleair Causeway before heading north on Gulf Blvd to finish back in Sand Key Park. Source
