Comfortable temps, warming through the race
Starting at 63°F, heat will be a factor from the gun — go out conservative and stay on top of hydration. Temperatures rising to 77°F through the course will gradually increase perceived effort in the second half. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing. Moderate humidity at 72% is worth noting for effort level, especially in later miles.
The Central Florida Legends Races include, the Skunk Ape Full Marathon, Mermaid Half Marathon and Fountain of Youth 5K. The routes traverse paved trails, roads and parks full of Old Florida flora, fauna and charm. They are also flat and fast! All participants receive a custom race t-shirt, finishers medal and access to the post race party. Source
