Race Info
The Barbecue Bash Quarters Marathon is a road race held each November in Spencerport, New York, as the third and final event of the West of the River Series organized by Obatron Fitness. Runners choose to complete one, two, three, or all four laps of a 6.55-mile certified course (USATF NY24008KL) along the Erie Canal Heritage Trail and village streets, corresponding to quarter, half, three-quarter, and full marathon distances. The race starts and finishes at the Spencerport Depot and Canal Museum with a 7:30 AM start and a 3:00 PM cutoff.
