Race Info
Runs With Scissors Races is an annual multi-distance event held at Riverdale Regional Park in Brighton, Colorado, north of Denver. Runners choose a half marathon, marathon, or 50K, all run on a shared 1.31-mile loop around Mann-Nyholt Lake starting at 7:00 a.m. Finishers receive a scissors-shaped medal and wicking beanie, and a portion of proceeds benefits the nonprofit Almost Home, Inc. The race has run in some form since at least 2014, including virtual editions in 2020 and 2021.
